Toddy, LLC is looking for a responsible Professional Cleaner to maintain, protect, and take care of our facilities by carrying out cleaning and maintenance duties. The external and internal appearance of a building reflects on the occupants and contributes to the safety of all members. We are looking for someone with the initiative to stay ahead of building needs and put the cleanliness and safety of our organization as a priority. Physical endurance will be needed to cover our large warehouse and office space. This position will work 2nd shift, Monday through Friday 3pm-12am. Tasks Include (but are not limited to): Clean and sanitize shared spaces including restrooms, breakrooms, and meeting spaces daily including, but not limited to: Empty trash and recycling receptacles Clean and Sanitize surfaces (counters, mirrors, sinks, toilets) Keep supplies stocked (paper towels, toilet tissue, feminine products) Sweep and mop floors and vacuum carpets Tidy furniture and dust surfaces where applicable Monthly cleaning of the window exteriors Support quarterly cleaning of warehouse spaces including garage door dusting and pallet rack dusting Oversee supply stocking - making notification when reorder is needed Perform heavy cleaning tasks, maintenance, and minor repairs as directed by the Maintenance Manager Notify management of deficiencies or needs for repairs Perform and document routine inspection, cleaning, and maintenance activities Follow all Food Safety regulations Must Be: Able to work 2nd shift hours, Monday through Friday 3pm-12am Proven experience as custodian, janitor, or in a similar role Knowledge of use and maintenance of industrial cleaning equipment and appliances Familiar with SDS and knowledge of safe disposal of chemical liquids and other hazardous components Attention to detail and conscientiousness Integrity and ability to work independently Fluent in English with strong communication skills Valid driver's license and eligible to be insured by Toddy insurance plan Some of our Employee Perks include: Paid Time Off accrual upon start date Holiday pay Nutrition Program featuring healthy snacks and beverages Cold brew and nitro coffee on tap Monthly chair massage and gym membership contribution Team celebrations throughout the year Compensation: Base hourly range: $16-$18/hour Paid Time Off, Holidays, and parental leave Eligible after 60 days: 75% employer paid medical insurance 50% employer paid dental insurance 100% employer paid life and AD&D insurance 100% employer paid STD & LTD $15 per paycheck employer subsidy on supplemental insurance Eligible after 12 months: Participation in employer 401(k) Employer contributions to your 401(k) Profit sharing and Cash Balance plans To apply, please submit your resume here: No calls or drop-ins, please.
