Assists Warehouse Manager and Production Manager as required with Shipping/Receiving, Inventory Management, Quality Assurance/Quality Control. Roles & Responsibilities Production QA/QC Packing/Receiving/Shipping Inventory Control Essential Duties And Responsibilities: Adheres to company EHS program Maintains a clean and safe work environment Monitor the efficiency of the production line to ensure timely load and shipment Assemble and prepare goods for shipment Complete quality assurance testing on goods and products Maintain proper storage for material and product inventory in warehouses Assist warehouse manager with other tasks as necessary. Organize inventory in an easy-to-access process Utilize machinery such as forklifts to load orders Maintain the quality and upkeep of warehouse equipment including machinery Move materials or completed products and packages to established locations Maintain paperwork/checklists/computer records for production, inventory control, shipping/receiving and QA/QC Core Competencies: Quality Reliability Teamwork/Team Leadership (supports other departments) Productivity (including Dependability, Initiative, Project Management, Creativity/Innovation) Results Focused Job Knowledge Communication (including Interpersonal Skills) Work Environment/Safety Job-Specific Competencies: Computer Skills Ability to stay on feet for extended periods and perform manual labor Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Quality Problem Solving/Analysis Adaptability/Flexibility Forklift Certification Job Type: Full-time, hourly Salary: $15.00 to $20.00 /hour Experience: Manufacturing: 3 years (Required) Production: 3 years (Preferred) Work authorization: United States (Required) Work Location: Onsite 6586 S.
