Raise Shed from 1 foot to 3 or 4 feet

I want to raise my shed in my backyard. The shed is about 12x24. Currently it is about 1 foot off of the ground. The shed has metal sleds on the bottom. The shed is on cinder blocks. I would like two separate quotes: 1) Raise shed and place back on cinder blocks that I will provide. 2) Raise shed and put concrete footers under the cinder blocks. I will supply the concrete bag for this. Please give any details of past experience raising sheds.
