We need someone capable of repairing small spots of rot and painting trim around roofline. Sherwin Williams primer plus paint provided. $30 per hour if you are insured. $22 otherwise. Max for job $600 including wood. There is an area above a greenhouse so you need to be agile. It has already been painted once and needs a thick second coat and some areas just need touch ups. Cash when job is complete and quality checked.
