Local Property Management Company on Grandin Road in the City of Roanoke is looking for a responsible, prompt, energetic and knowledgeable employee. If you are the right person this position is intended to develop into a working supervisor role with increased responsibilities and pay. Requirements: Ability to run service calls, troubleshoot problems and find solutions. General knowledge, ability and experience performing repairs in: Residential maintenance and vacant unit turnovers. Ability to lift up to 100 pounds. Must have your own hand tools, company truck and power tools provided Must have attention to detail. Must be able to communicate effectively without aggression or attitude. Must have a satisfactory driving record. Desired Skills: (Will teach the right person) Knowledge and experience in...... (Replacing doors, floors, tubs, vanities, faucets, light switches, painting, pre-renovation and post renovation inspections) Interior trim carpentry, knowledge and understanding of rough frame carpentry and structural support. Light electrical Light plumbing Painting and drywall/plaster work.
