Hes about 15 weeks old. Neutered. Vaccinated, rabies. And microchipped. We adopted him from the pound but he keeps jumping our fence and almost got hit by a car. We've tried to correct it and he just needs more space and a fence higher than 4 foot tall. He's dog door trained, about 80% potty trained. He's very smart and sweet, just needs a safer environment. We need him gone AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, because of this. $100 including his kennel. Can meet or drop him off.
