Need Help Removing Insulation

I need help removing some insulation from my gym ceiling so that new and better insulation can be installed. There will be removal and then clean up afterwards, will probably take about 8 hours. Work is simple but pretty labor intensive and will involve being up on a ladder and cutting away some insulation that is up there. Clean up will involve putting the old insulation in trash-bags and then vacuuming up whatever small pieces are left. I will provide all tools and protective gear needed. Planning on doing it either Saturday the 4th or 11th. Please let me know which days you are available. Thanks!
