I'm looking to hire a dependable Skilled Laborer for light residential construction type work for small scale rehab projects. The ideal person would be someone who resides in or around the Muncie/Delaware Co. area; has general knowledge of basic hand tools, building trade experience would be a plus, but not required. We are in fact willing to train the right person who has a desire and willingness to learn. This is NOT a full time position right now, I need someone on an AS NEEDED BASIS per project. Also if you live in Muncie transportation could be arranged. This is a perfect opportunity for someone on a fixed income looking to make some extra cash, a college student, or high school grad looking to get into residential construction based work.
