Wanted - Plumber to Remove PB Piping & Install New PEX in my House

I am looking for a licensed plumber (either retired, or still working) who wants this large side job to remove all existing Polybutylene (PB) piping & fittings, and install new PEX, in my 3-level Cary house near West Chatham Street and SW Cary Parkway, which is a few blocks south of Bond Lake / Bond Park (fully-excavated basement + main level + 2nd story) with 3 1/2 bathrooms (all 3 levels) + 2 full kitchens (2 levels) + 2 laundry washers (2 levels) + 1 garage utility sink + 3 exterior hose bibs). I would also like my existing Natural Gas pipe extended to the outside for my natural gas Grill. I'm available at all times (days & evenings) and can assist you as your (very capable) helper under your direction if you need or want me to, or you can bring your own crew to work under your direction, in either case you will be the project leader and both you and your crew (if you bring others) must be very experienced with removing PB and replacing it with newly-installed PEX in finished occupied buildings. This job must be permitted and pass the Cary code compliance department inspection.
