I notice you didn't mention the rest of the sentence affirming the right of the citizen to keep and bare arms. Nowhere in the amendment did it stipulate that only militia personal could keep and bare arms.
If you are still confused as to the meaning of English words, please consult someone with at least a fifth grade education and have them explain it to you.
