Job description Quickly grow to $22.00/hr, in as little as 6 months! PTO! WEEKLY PAY! We are a local, family-owned business and one of the top-rated, cleaning companies in the Portland metropolitan area. We believe in using all-natural products for our cleaning - no chemicals, no bleaches, just eco-friendly, non-irritating cleaning supplies and good ol’ fashioned elbow grease. ;) Clean Affinity offers an independent and caring work environment! It’s customer service for the introvert. You’ll be working solo most of the time in an environment that allows you to put your earbuds in and focus on your work. We’ll supply everything you need to be successful including training and cleaning supplies. You’ll be recognized for your hard work and compensated for it (up to $22.00/hr with tips, + mileage + and an additional tenure quality bonus after 12 months)! We service the greater Portland metropolitan area, ranging from residential cleaning to commercial cleaning. We try to keep employees as close to home as possible (we know how draining commuting in Portland can be)! We also offer generous mileage reimbursement at.50 per mile. We are currently looking for 2 full-time (30+ hours per week) and 2 part time (20+ hours per week) employees with staying power. We offer a living wage, starting you off at $18.00/hr. ($16.50 base + $1.50/hr tips average.) We give raises based on a tiered performance hourly pay system that allows you to quickly grow in the role. Tier 1 pays $18.00/hr ($16.50/hr +$1.50/hr tips) Tier 2 pays $19.00/hr (17.50 +$1.50/hr tips) Tier 3 pays $22.00/hr ($20.50/hr.+$1.50/hr tips)!!! + bonus' after 12 months!   You will start on Tier 1, but can work your way up to Tier 2 QUICK (Generally in 8 weeks)! We regularly have employees with no cleaning experience work their way up to Tier 3 in less than 6 months. Tips: You’ve earned them, so you keep them. Our clients are amazing, and can be very generous! Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, so you’ll have your weekends completely free! You will be given two weeks of one-on-one training with one of our experienced mentors to teach you our proven method for cleaning. After you complete training your mentor is there to help you continue to develop your quality and efficiency and help you to work your way up the tiers! *CLEANING EXPERIENCE IS NOT REQUIRED! * We love working with high-character people who do quality work. We hire for character, train for skill, and create the space for everyone to grow with our team! ****THESE ARE A MUST WHEN APPLYING**** Valid driver’s license & auto insurance Reliable vehicle that can carry cleaning supplies (not your roommate's car, not a moped, etc.) Valid tags on your vehicle Able to pass a background check A phone able to run apps   Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour COVID-19 considerations: All employees will wear masks, do lots of regular hand washing, and maintain social distance while doing what they do best - cleaning! No one is allowed to work while sick. No fevers, no suspicious symptoms of any kind!
