The "criminals don't purchase guns legally" argument was used when Oregon passed background check. It is a fallacy because background check works by vastly reducing the market available to criminals. You turn off your brain when it comes time to consider what life will be like if EVERYBODY carries a gun. We already have the data proving disaster if you would open your brain. Stop the gun culture.
