Description

I would like to finish an unfinished basement bedroom. Approximately 300 square ft (26 x 12). Here's what I need; Basic electrical just to meet code (and maybe just one ceiling light), existing plumbing line near ceiling needs to be moved up about 10" so it's out of the way, drywall, and exterior doorway framed in corner between the two windows (I'll buy the door separately). Let me know approx what you would charge for this and when you can get started (I'm ready now, if the price is right).
