Landscape Professionals Needed in our Maintenance Division We are a small, local, high-end residential landscape company that constructs and maintains beautiful and functional outdoor living spaces for our customers. All of our crew members are hard-working, dedicated people who enjoy working together, being outdoors and learning the unique skills of the landscape industry. We have full and part-time openings for Specialists, Crew Leaders and Technicians for our Maintenance Division with emphasis on the following: * Working efficiently solo or with a crew of 1 or 2 additional people * Understanding timelines and priorities to complete tasks * Use of mowers, edgers, string-trimmers, hedge shears and blowers * Pruning shrubs, trees and groundcovers * Fertilization of lawns and plants * Basic knowledge of irrigation and drip irrigation systems * Basic Plant and weed identification * Application of chemicals as needed (ODA Pesticide Applicators License required) Intangibles: - Maintain your landscapes with confidence, vision and passion!!! - Excellent communication with customers and crews. - Ability to think outside-the-box to solve problems. - Landscape Technician Certification or ability to obtain within 1 year of hire - Be able to take direction well with a "Can-Do" attitude! - Develop an eye for detail that our company and customers expect! - Be someone who strives to learn something new each day.
