Lost 14 year old chihuahua 5/30

My sister lost her 14 year old chihuahua Bella in NW Portland on Burnside near Fred Meyer on 5/30. She can’t see or hear very well and we’re hoping a Good Samaritan picked her up to protect her. She does not have a collar or a microchip. Here is her picture (it’s 12 years old, she looks like this but fatter and grayer). A lost pet report has been filed and flyers are being put up around town. Poor thing must be so confused and frightened. Please email if you have any information or have found this dog.
