Company Seeking Maintenance Worker (Handyman) -Part Time Position Available NOW -We have multiple properties in Center City Allentown -Must have prior experience working as a maintenance man -Must have basic plumbing and electrical knowledge -Must have his own tools and transportation -Must be able to provide references -Must be available and perform the work within 24 hours of notice -Payment per job (not per hour) Responsibilities: Adjusting/changing door knobs, locks, hinges, windows, and gates, as required. Repairing and unclogging toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and exterior drains. Replacing carpets and wooden floors. Installing and repairing wires, receptacles, lights, switches, and other devices.
