ISO Movers to load 2-bd apt onto a Uhaul Truck - TONIGHT

I need to load the contents of my 2-bedroom apartment onto a 20-ft Uhaul truck. I live in an elevator building, with 7 steps from the ground floor to the elevator. Job must be completed tonight. Ideally, I'd like to hire a team of 3 movers. I'd also consider two people. I'd consider a flat rate, but I would prefer to agree on an hourly rate with a guaranteed minimum - as it can be hard to quote a flat rate without seeing the items to be moved. I'd suggest $100/hour for 3 people, with a 3-hour guaranteed minimum - which is the rate I paid last time I hired someone for a similar job. I think a 3-person team could do the job in under 3 hours. The items to be moved include boxes, bags, and basic furniture - no appliances. I will be driving the truck once loaded, and I want to make sure the truck is loaded properly so I have a safe ride and all my things are well protected. Must be professional movers with years of experience moving, wrapping furniture, and loading / securing a truck. I have all the moving blankets, plastic wrap, and twine.
