Think Uber/Lyft/Door dash. Just a different service doing basic Roadside Assistance. Battery Jump Starts and Tire Changes are additional services that are optional. You will be responsible for talking to the customers and providing basic customer support via text messages through our app. You will be responsible for bidding jobs, giving quotes/estimates, collecting payments, and reporting/ depositing all cash as instructed during training. You will work "on call" according to schedule that's set during Onboarding. Pay is Direct Deposit Weekly, and the average Technician is making $800-1200 starting out based on experience Pay is commission-based percentage of total sales. Percentage will include: 30% base, 8% for vehicle maintenance and gas expenditures, totaling 38% commission to Start.
