WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE Largest family owned Auto Glass Company in Arizona is seeking a Warehouse Associate. This position requires that applicants have a valid driver’s license, basic math, computer, and internet skills. Experience using Excel is a plus. Must be accurate, efficient, and have attention to detail. Good communication skills. Read, write and speak English. Ability to interface with other departments such as purchasing, service dept., and billing dept. 3+ years minimum experience in a related position. Required to make pick-ups and deliveries for parts and raw materials using a company truck This position performs the functions of: Shipping and receiving, material handling, inventory management and record-keeping for incoming and outgoing shipments of products and vendor parts. Stores and distributes material, tools, equipment, and products within the warehouse Ensures accuracy and timeliness of all job functions Verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment by performing the duties to quality and productivity standards Unpacks, examines and routes incoming shipments, rejects and reports defective or damaged items, records shortages Receives and processes all defective parts returned for replacement or credit; completes incoming inspection testing, confirmation of certificate of conformance, and reconciliation of receiving/purchase documentation Distributes documentation and notifies and/or delivers the incoming products to end-user Maintains raw material and critical supply inventories, including shipping materials and supplies The employee must regularly lift and/or move objects up to 35 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 50 pounds. Light housekeeping duties such as sweeping, and keeping work area clear of any potential hazards Compensation & Benefits Medical, dental, & vision insurance Paid holidays, paid vacation Pay is $17+ per hour
