When the framers of The Constitution and the 2nd Amendment debated what types of "arms" the "people" could keep and what types of weapons the "Militia" (today's National Guard and US Armed Forces?) could use....did they ever conceive and/or would approve of today the ownership and use of the AK-47 (and other automatic weapons like it) by the "people"?
