WE ARE HIRING NOW WITH AN IMMEDIATE OPENING! $1500 sign on bonus at 90 days. Contingent on attendance and successful completion of pesticide exam. Lawn Care Specialist Compensation:$15 to $20 Hour SALARY Lawn Care/ Turf & ROUTE Management EXPERIENCE NOT NEEDED. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Applying fertilizers, weed and insect control products to residential and commercial lawns according to safety procedures and label instructions. Performing Fall aeration, over-seeding, and major turf care renovations. Providing excellent communication both verbally and through written communication with residential and commercial clients regarding work performed during visits. Completing accurate record-keeping and reporting daily. Safely driving a company vehicle to multiple properties throughout the day. Properly clean and maintain company vehicles / equipment to a high standard. As a Lawn Care Specialist, you will play an important role in: Monitoring, diagnosing and treating insects, weeds, and diseases. A passion for nature, the environment, and the outdoors. In this position you will work outside and in potentially severe weather conditions. Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record. Ability to obtain a Commercial Pesticide Applicator License – we will pay for the cost of the exam. Ability to repeatedly lift 50lbs. Fertilizers and seed come in 50 lb bags Ability to walk/stand all day.
