Wanting to start a Bluegrass/Punkgrass band

Experienced musician/songwriter/male vocalist (early 40s, 20 years of experience in various bands) looking to start a bluegrass/punkgrass project. Something akin to Calamity Cubes, the Hillbenders, Avett Brothers, Mountain Sprout, Split Lip Rayfield, etc. Lots of vocals, catchy material. The occasional cover here or there, but mostly original music. Record some good music, play shows as they come up, nothing too crazy from a time standpoint. I've got a solid base of material to start with, just needing the additional instrumentation and voices to make it happen. Don't particularly care about age or appearance, really just want to work with cool interested people who aren't assholes. Banjo, mando, fiddle, stand up bass, weird miscellaneous percussion, accordion, whatever makes it sound unique and cool.
