Looking for Bass player and Singer for Hard Rock Band

We are a guitarist and drummer who have been practicing together for about a year. We typically practice one weeknight per week. We are both in our early 50s. We are looking for a bass player and a vocalist. For the bass player compatibility is more important than skills. The singer just needs to sing better than either of us (which is a low bar). We occasionally just jam so it would be best if the singer can either play an instrument or improvise lyrics.
