Responsibilities: -Maintain properties' cleanliness and curb appeal; water and weed landscaping, inspect and maintain entryways, touch up paint in hallways and stairwells, etc. -May assist Maintenance Technicians with apartment turnovers and picking up orders as needed -Perform light maintenance in common areas Qualities and Skills: -Dependable, reliable, trustworthy -High standards of cleanliness and organization -Working knowledge of tools is a plus -Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills -Good physical condition and strength with an ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds -High school diploma or equivalent -Job description available upon request.
