We are a Condominium Association in Lakewood on the Gold Coast seeking a Maintenance Technician to add to our staff of dedicated professionals. If you are looking for a permanent position at a great building where you can build a foundation for years to come, this is it. You can expect annual bonuses, pay increases and increased paid time-off. We're looking for someone who wants to be a permanent member of our team. Pay increase after 90-days. Health, Dental and Vision insurance available. The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday, 11am - 7pm with revolving on call weekends. Maintenance Technicians at our property will need to possess a minimum of 1 year experience in • basic electrical • plumbing • plaster • carpentry • masonry Besides the experience mentioned above, maintenance tasks include daily disposal of trash & recyclables and seasonal work such as light landscaping and snow removal. Additional training can be provided to those individuals with a basic foundation and willingness to learn. Our Maintenance Techs share a revolving on-call schedule and must possess a vehicle. Our Maintenance Technicians are responsible with preserving the integrity and functionality of the property. The ideal candidate will be professional and be able to work independently while observing all health and safety guidelines.
