Locally Owned Biz Looking for Cleaning Champion! We're looking for a human with magical cleaning potential for our growing business! Local, woman-owned Luster Clean is looking to fill a part-time to full-time position. No experience is necessary, we will impart all the artistry and skill you’ll need! Simply bring your desire to learn and your passion for excellence. Be open to amazement at how you’ll learn to make a space sparkle with some of the more natural cleaning ingredients and your personal skill! You say you’ve never considered cleaning as a job? You should definitely look into working with Luster so you can -work with our supportive team of kind, inclusive, talented folks -find new side work through clients or client referrals -work as you need and still maintain a family, personal, and social life -catch up on your fave podcasts/audiobooks/lectures while working -learn new skills to support you wherever you live or whatever work you have -be an integral and valued contributor to a small, local, sustainable business -grow Asheville’s local economy without working directly with or for tourists -have your evenings free -no crazy early mornings -get paid weekly -opportunity to receive tips **This is not a hotel or commercial cleaning service where you’re just another numbered employee in the system. Luster’s leadership is committed to servicing local, independent client’s homes and vacation rentals and we’re also committed to treating our staff with the same amount of respect and consideration as the clients we serve! What Luster is looking for: Someone to fill at least one position primarily cleaning residences and potentially some vacation rentals between 30-40 hours per week. The Nitty-Gritty (stuff you REALLY wanna know): Pay: $15/ hour during initial intro period, $16-17 thereafter depending on experience and skill. Additional: Paid driving between jobs, paid parking, paid breaks, and a stipend to cover other expenses. General requirements: -Asheville area residents only (no further than 15 minutes from the center of town) -MUST have your own reliable transportation -Apple or Android smartphone (you will be using our scheduling and communication apps from your phone) -Physical ability to hustle on your feet and break a sweat -Fluent in English -Be able to pass a background check (feel free to discuss this with us further if you have questions or concerns) To apply, please email your resume and a note of interest detailing your availability, desired amount of work, and contact info.
