Job description *** Valid driver's license and clean driving record necessary!*** - Time Management skills - Understanding of landscape plans, designs, and proper horticultural techniques. - Completing each project to client satisfaction and company standards efficiently and completely. - Irrigation, hardscape, snow removal, water features, grading and lighting knowledge is a plus. Crew Members Requirements: - Uphold Company standards - Ability to follow direction from supervisors and see those tasks to completion quickly and completely. - General landscape knowledge - Must be able to work commercial equipment (weed eater, stick edger, backpack blower, 0 turn mowers etc...) -Must be able to do light grading and drainage.
