Full Job Description Who are we? With SUCCESSFUL years in the service industry, we Design/Build pre-fab custom Pergolas and are becoming the areas Top Provider!!! We’re located in the Heart of Kansas City and design and construct exemplary pergolas throughout the Metro Area. Our teams are made up of skilled carpenters working alongside adept skilled laborers who, together, produce some of the finest pergolas. We build projects that dramatically transform spaces and clients’ lives, all while endeavoring to change the stereotypes associated with the construction industry. Pay/Benefits We offer some of the best pay in the industry and a full benefits package including healthcare, vacation, retirement, paid holidays, commuter benefits, boot allowance and much more. With professional carpentry experience between 2 and 5 years, a Carpenter here can expect an hourly wage of $30 and $40/hr to start with the upper range requiring a broad skillset and the ability to work independently from plans. There’s plenty of room for GROWTH!!! Job Desc/Requirements As a Carpenter/Assembler on the crew you will be presented with a variety of work that challenges your perceptions of the trade. The bulk of our work will include decks, trellis, pergolas and other refined outdoor structures. This is not the crude outdoor work you may often have seen but outdoor, finish carpentry held to the highest standards.
