Would like to hire a part time person, male or female, with some kind of Apartment Maintenance background to work in a 24-unit complex in Maryville Missouri. We can supply tools if and when needed. We will also pay some milage if you live outside the area. This position could lead to full time. There will be an on-site supervisor to work with you. Starting at $13.00 an hour.
