Hi, I'm here working on a rental house this week. Lots of stuff needs to be updated. Check out the photos, and let me know your ideas. I'm flexible on materials, but if needs to look modern. Also, I'll be putting up a fresh coat of paint how to place. Finally, there is an old table and wood next to the garage that needs to be called away. If you I would like to work on any of these things this week, give me a shout. Text photos of similar projects on which you work, along with references. Oh, also, there is something strange going on downstairs with the outlet where the outlet doesn't work even though the breaker looks okay. And yes, this stuff needs to be done immediately this week.
