I could really use some help caring for my dad. He moved in with us after my mom passed away in June of 2020 just 4 days before my son passed... Still struggling with grief, some days I can barely take care of myself. So because I want the best for my dad, I was hoping I could find someone who would be able to help me care for him! He is on Oxygen 24/7 and chooses to always stay at home in his comfort zone. And with my family's busy schedule it becomes difficult when he doesn't want to be left home alone so we need someone to stay home with him while we are out.... Most evenings and some entire weekends! My schedule is somewhat flexible. We would prefer someone to stay 24/5 and will provide a private room, food, plus pay bi-weekly!
As for providing care for my dad it is minimal and mostly companionship for watching movies & game shows, playing cards or board games! He needs some meals prepared, water and coffee, some help with personal hygiene, and daily checks on his blood pressure, sugar, and breathing treatments. So other times some housekeeping assistance will be needed.
