We have a large portfolio of apartment buildings and need a reliable, experience and licensed GC. We do residential apartment building rehabs. Most building are located on the south side. Some jobs require permits, many do not but license number will be needed at times. In addition to interior rehabs we also have needs for roofing, tuck pointing, garage repair and everything else that makes a building run properly.
