Upstart home builder seeks a master builder/framer Must be A master Framer that thoroughly understands the birds eye view methodology of plating an entire deck as a part of the framing process prior to building any walls Once the framing is complete you must be able to manage quality control and prep the house for MEP Rough ins and drywall Your ability to oversee the entire process of building a new home or multi unit building is essential and your ability to physically frame the house is absolutely a necessity Must have a minimum of ten (10) years experience as a framer and possess the mastery of using a framing square to layout stairs and cut rafters Send resume with references ASAP $45.
