Seeking to fill cleaning positions in East Corning area: Monday-Friday, 4PM-10PM and Saturday or Sunday 10AM - 3PM. 6 days/week (35 hours/week). Responsibilities: Cleaning offices and common areas - restrooms, breakrooms, entrances, hallways, stairs, storerooms, per the work scope. Daily tasks include using company provided chemicals, equipment and supplies to vacuum, sweep, mop, clean glass, empty trash, dust, polish fixtures and sanitize all surfaces. Stock and fill dispensers. Other tasks as assigned. Reports to the Site Supervisor. Qualifications / Requirements: Must be able to lift 40 or more pounds, stand for long periods, walk, bend, twist, and reach high and low during shift. Must report to work each scheduled workday on time and work scheduled hours. Must comply with all proper safety policies and procedures and wear provided Personal Protective Equipment to include safety glasses, gloves, face covering/mask, ear protection, and steel toe shoes (reimbursement provided). Must be able to determine the neatness, accuracy, and thoroughness of the work assigned. Must be able to read and write in English. Must have reliable transportation to/from the worksite. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
