BWS Landscaping seeking landscape CREW MEMBERS to join our team of professional landscapers. Pay starts at $16 per hour with NO experience. Experienced crew member? Earn up to $20 per hour - OR get promoted to a CREW LEADER and earn up to $27 per hour! Work Schedule: - We start at 7:15 Monday through Thursday and finish between 6-6:30 - You will average 40 hours a week from March through December and 30 hours a week during the months of January and February - If we work on Saturdays, we ask for volunteers - so it is not required - We only work Sundays during snow and ice events Applicants DO NOT need any experience. We are an E-Verify company.** Landscaping is hard work - below is a summary of what you might expect! The position requires: · Sitting, standing, walking on level and slippery surfaces, reaching, twisting, turning, kneeling, bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, grasping, and making repetitive hand movements in the performance of daily duties. · Both near and far vision when inspecting work. · The need to occasionally lift, carry and push tools, equipment, and supplies weighing 50 pounds or more. · Possibly working in all weather conditions including wet, hot, and cold. · Climbing ladders, operating motorized equipment, working in heavy vehicle traffic conditions, and often working with constant interruptions This is a full-time hourly position.
