Hiring a dedicated and proactive Facilities Maintenance Supervisor who takes pride in their work and has can-do attitude. This individual will be responsible for overseeing building facility maintenance and sanitation teams for multiple locations. This dual role involves supervisory responsibilities as well as hands-on work. Some of which include, but are not limited to: * handle emergency calls for repairs (24/7 in case of emergency) * repair leaky faucets, toilets, dispensers, and snake clogged plumbing when necessary * wall cleaning, painting, plaster, and drywall when necessary * masonry and building construction * repair and replace doors and windows when necessary. * conduct facility walkthroughs regularly at all locations to identify areas where maintenance is required * orders material for maintenance requests as needed * ability to prepare progress reports/status updates and effectively communicate to operational leaders, written and oral * permit submission and management of project timeline Qualifications: Knows basic electrical principles as they apply to AC-DC circuitry and hardware, relays, switches, and circuit breakers. Operate and maintain a variety of machine tools and equipment such as power saws, power sanders, drills, air compressors, paint sprayers, and various hand tools required for carpentry, plumbing, and maintenance skills. Four years of related experience and/or training Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Electrical Certification preferred ** Bilingual in Spanish is helpful but not required **
