Cairn Communities has a new opportunity for a Maintenance Technician at the Arrowwood/Boomer mobile home community in Oklahoma city, Oklahoma. This role will oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and rent collections at our site mobile home community. We are growing, and we want you to grow with us! Position Summary: Responsible for maintaining the grounds, the exterior and interior of buildings, and responding to property maintenance service calls to ensure that the property is in an attractive and safe condition by performing the following duties. Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Follows daily work instructions according to the work schedule and applies sound judgment to operate equipment safely as well as prevent problems. Preserves grounds by performing landscaping duties, fertilizing, trimming trees, and other related duties. Operates equipment to perform landscaping duties such as push and ride mowers, weed eaters, garden tractors, blowers, edgers, hedge trimmers, and various hand tools in accordance with approved operating guidelines and safety procedures. Maintains structural integrity of buildings by performing exterior building maintenance such as painting, cleaning gutters and downspouts, and other related duties in addition to interior building maintenance that does not require licensure such as painting, basic carpentry, basic plumbing, basic electrical work, basic appliance repair, and other related duties. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Certificates and Licenses: Valid driver's license and must meet insurance underwriting requirements. Knowledge, Skills, and Other Abilities: Bilingual in both Spanish and English preferred, but not required, time management skills, problem-solving skills.
