In Biden's first week he put a stop to drilling leases. April '22, shit hits the fan and he allows new leases. Unfortunately, companies can't just start drilling. There are regulations and litigation to jump through. Biden praises sky high gas prices as "incredible transition" from fossil fuels. Closing pipelines and putting a stop to federal land leases for oil. Now we depend on OPEC. Also, good job giving Russia a pipeline.
