We are looking for a full-time maintenance team member for the purpose of cleaning, maintaining and repairing(basic) of the property. Job Description ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Physically walk all areas of the community frequently ensure that the property is free of trash, debris and animal waste Think safety first to ensure that unsafe conditions are corrected promptly Assist with maintenance duties as requested Maintain safe, tidy and sanitary common areas Ensure the cleanliness of the dumpster areas and necessary preparation for trash pick-up Communicate with the Community Manager and/or Board of Directors any problems with maintenance or curb appeal that requires further attention Respond appropriately to emergencies, according to policies and procedures Ensure understanding and compliance with all policies and procedures Perform additional duties as assigned by Community Manager and/or Board of Directors QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS US work authorization (Required) - High school or equivalent PREFERRED SKILLS Attention to detail and due diligence Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines Must be able to walk the property Able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, climb stairs, push, pull, reach, carry supplies and stand for extended periods of time Friendly demeanor and strong social interacting skills
