IMMEDIATE NEED for Maintenance Technicians at AVALON PLACE apartments. This is a student housing property near UTSA. Responsibilities: • Responds to resident service requests and concerns in a timely manner • Ensure apartment units are move-in ready • Assists in upkeep of common areas, trash chutes, pools, and HVAC systems • Reports any maintenance concerns for repairs on vacants, models, clubhouse, and/or common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor Requirements: • HVAC/EPA certification and experience with repairs/installs is preferred but not required • Must be able to perform on-call duties (2 weeks on/2 weeks off) • Prior industry/relevant experience is needed Incentives: • $17/hour - We are a smaller property with only 246 units • Great benefits Must have reliable transportation Experienced techs may submit their resume to [email protected]
