Male ball python needs home sooner rather than later

Male python, approx 1yr old. Has white “pied” patch on his belly. Eats live mice. Eats 2-3 of the white mice from petco. Never tried F/T. He comes with a tank, hide, water dish and of course himself. He’s friendly and loves to be handled. Needs a home asap because my family member who is on hospice is moving in and is petrified of the snake. Reasonable fee being asked or make an offer
