Looking for a beagle or Jack Russell

Hi I am looking for a small dog for my family(mostly my kids). We live in a beautiful neighborhood with trees & parks near by. Nice 2 bedroom apartment in Briarwood. My kids have been asking for a puppy or dog for quite sometime(specifically they like beagles & Jack Russell Terriers. We have went to the shelters but the ones there were not of choice. We are willing to pay a small rehoming fee. Please contact me if anyone has either of these 2 breeds.
