I renovate houses for an investment company, to get them ready to rent or sale. I'm looking for a helper. The job includes but is not limited to prepwork for painting, painting, removing/installing flooring appliances, hardware, lighting, plumbing, etc. Yard work/landscaping, clearing trash/debris, etc. and pretty much anything else related to construction and general property maintainance. Being able and willing to work in crawl spaces and attics is a huge bonus. The company I work for is looking to hire more managers; so, the potential for full-time, very well paid employment is there. With me, starting pay is negotiable and depends on experience. The most important skills that I need are the ability to follow directions, and good work ethic and for newbies, a willingness to learn.
