Found Cat - Deceased

99 W near Tull Ave., Canby OR

Description

Black short hair cat on east side of 99W shoulder, in front of Ruan Trucking, just past S. Tull Ave, about 1 block north of Barlow Rd. It was apparently hit by a vehicle. We moved it off the highway to the shoulder.
