Experience a sound bath meditation with practitioner and healer Neil Belen. A Sound Bath is an auditive experience in which the facilitator uses crystal singing bowls, gongs, as well as other special instruments to guide the participants into a meditative state. You will leave feeling relaxed and rested. We have yoga mats on site, but recommend bringing your own yoga mat or a towel to sit or lay on for the duration of the sound bath. The even is free and open to all ages, but recommended for ages 15+.
