You are invited to the NZE Coalition's Forum on Education and Workforce Development. Learn about new efforts to build our regional workforce capable of implementing net zero energy technology and construction strategies in order to achieve a zero carbon future in the DMV. Confirmed speakers include: Holly Carr, Director of the US Department of Energy Solar Decathlon Mark Bryan, Community Impact Manager, DCSEU Train Green Nick Burger, Volunteer organizer of the Net Zero Energy Education initiative at Phelps A.C.E. High SchoolThere will also be break-out sessions for further discussion and dedicated time for building your network and partnerships. We extend this invitation to a broad reaching audience, which includes educators from local K-12 schools, colleges, and universities, administrators of workforce development and career training initiatives, contractors, local industry experts, and NZE Coalition members interested in getting involved.
