"PROPOSITION; SHALL the resolution of the Commack Fire District, adopted by the Board of Fire Commissioners of said District on April 20, 2022, pursuant to the provisions of the Town Law of the State of New York, which resolution provides that the following described vehicle be sold as surplus property, no longer necessary for any of the uses or purposes of the Commack Fire District, and further that the vehicle is valued at more than $100,000.00: 2009 100' Spartan Tower Ladder, BE APPROVED.
