Handyperson needed for apartments near downtown WPB and apartments in Pahokee. We are willing to hire different handy people for each location.
Must have your own tools, transportation, and references or photos of your work.
Work on apartments is for general maintenance/repairs including light electrical, light plumbing, painting, drywall, cement work, tile work, etc, when something needs to be repaired. Based on your skill level, other larger rehab jobs may be available.
Handyperson job is not full time, it is part time, several times per month, It is steady work. Pay depends on skill level, minimum is $20 hour, higher for more skilled. Also, can negotiate cost per job, as the repairs are needed. Worker will have to sign a W-9 for taxes, a requirement for independent workers/contractors.
