Rigid Visuals is a data capture firm specializing in digital replicas of real world spaces with Virtual Tour ground based cameras as well as drones. We are looking to expand our network to Palm Beach. We are currently looking for a Virtual Tour Technician to operate one of our cameras for jobs that we get in Palm Beach. Please watch the following video to get an understanding of what we do and how it's done. The job is simple and straightforward. You go to a location (usually a home or a business), and scan the interior and exterior of the home. Average job takes 1 hour to do from arrival to finish. Requirements: -Legally available to work in the US (verifiable Social Security #) -A reliable mode of transportation -A valid drivers license -A smartphone or tablet - preferably an iPhone or iPad but Android also works -Be willing to service the entire Palm Beach county area - sometimes jobs will pop up in North Broward and/or Martin counties. (extra $ available for outside service area) -Flexible hours -Fluent English - additional languages are a plus but not required -A google/gmail account We provide: -No cost training to qualified candidates -Equipment (camera, tripod, leveler) -Weekly payout We are looking for an enthusiastic self starter that thrives on efficiency. Someone who is not easily frustrated and has the patience and positive demeanor in their professional life. Jobs are usually M-F anytime from 9am-6pm. We schedule the visit with homeowner/business owner so they will be expecting you on a pre-arranged time. Jobs are posted on your google calendar showing location, time and other details. Pay is on a per gig basis. Sometimes we have only 1 job a week and sometimes we have 10 jobs per week. Minimum pay is $25 per hour/per gig but travel time is also paid. This is a 1099 position. Not a salaried W2.
