Need to remove the old and renew the attic insulation

Hi, My home is two stories building, build 2000. House has around 2000 sqft attic in two sections. one is around 750sqft on second floor (walk through) and the other one is around 1250sqft (use attic ladder from 2nd floor). Attic ceilings are high, you can stand up in almost all areas, except corners. I need to remove the old insulations (it is blowing material, around 3-4 inches now) and renew that according the current standards. Please give me an estimate (approximate) separately if you can based on the SQFT: 1- Removing the old insulation? 2- Blowing new insulation? Based on the price you quote (if it is too high for me) I may decide to go by just adding to the insulation and not removing the old one. 3- Do you do radiant barrier? 4- Do you do HVAC duct work/insulation? (I may need to redo/add couple of HVAC ducts)? Thank you
